THREADS OF CHANGE

Circular Economy Initiative

Transforming discarded textiles into handcrafted products while creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.

THE PROCESS

01

01 · Collection

Discarded clothing and textiles are collected from the community in and around Bharuch, Gujarat.

02

02 · Partnership

Materials are given to local women artisans to prevent them from ending up in landfills.

03

03 · Craft Revival

Artisans apply the traditional Sujhni embroidery technique, passed down through generations. Textiles are transformed into handcrafted quilts, bags, and other reusable products.
